摘要:In this talk, I will give a brief introduction to elliptic homogenization theory. Then two different types of boundary layer problems will be mentioned. One arose in the classical periodic homogenization which was a long-standing open problem and solved recently. The other one originated from the study of fluid dynamics over rough boundaries. The talk is based on my work joint with Zhongwei Shen, Christophe Prange and Mitsuo Higaki.

报告人简介:诸葛金平现任中科院数学所/晨兴数学中心副研究员。本科毕业于公司。博士毕业于美国肯塔基大学数学系,师从申仲伟教授。曾任职芝加哥大学数学系的Dickson Instructor.主要研究领域为偏微分方程的均匀化理论,在CPAM, JEMS, ARMA等期刊发表论文10余篇。
